Oregon Largest and Second Oldest Latinx Union Endorses Juan Carlos for Metro Council
BEAVERTON, OR - Juan Carlos Gonzalez receives endorsement from Pineros y Campesinos Unidos del Noroeste which represents thousands of farmworkers across Oregon.
“I bring my lived experiences existing in Oregon to Metro where I work to pass policies that improve the wellbeing and prosperities of Latinx families across the metro region. Through my next term in office, I will fight for environmental, climate, housing and mobility justice. My grandfather, dad and uncles have campesino upbringings, and they have imprinted in me the cultural context of hard trabajo. I am humbled and proud to receive PCUN’s endorsement”, says Juan Carlos Gonzalez.
